I'm not sick I'm just a bitter damned man
I'm not sick I'm just a bitter damned man
I'll Show you the scars of these rotten hands
I'll Show you the scars of these rotten hands
40 hours of wasting away
In a crowded room of anger and decay
To shatter my back for paper conceived in greed
Some over time in Hell is all you'll ever need.
We've become slaves.
Currency is the fuel that makes us this way
Over glorified slaves
Currency is the fuel that makes us this way
Endless moments
of endless torture
Where is your value
How much will it cost to release yourself
For every dollar stained in blood?
40 hours of wasting away
In a crowded room of anger and decay
To shatter my back for paper conceived in greed
Some over time in Hell is all you'll ever need.
What does man value himself?
A bloody penny for your thoughts.
The color of money,
forever stained to your fingertips.
Earned for somebody,
Whos unaware that you exist.
Endless moments
of endless torture
You are greedy men,
overweight with guilt.
Soon people will burn the enterprise you've built.
Where is your value
How much will it cost to release yourself...
Not a fan of the new album but this Polaris album is just what I love about metalcore. Saw them live in CH last year and on stage they are amazing. If you're new to Polaris (doubt it) start here ! sachavonkarl74
Midwestern prog-metal stalwarts go for the throat on their new EP, featuring a roiling cover of the Smashing Pumpkins' “1979.” Bandcamp New & Notable Aug 7, 2019
Realistically, I should have bought this album after the first 100 scrobbles of In Reach (Out of Touch), but it's never too late to do the right thing. This has a different atmosphere (and story) than The Lost City, but it's just as good and just as melodic. porcelainheart-
